Dressed for the Ball

Tate and Hailey usually start the mornings out playing together. However, this particular morning Tate was in bed sick. So when I asked Hailey what she wanted to do she said "I want to be Cindaella" (She never pronounces her r's.) So we quickly got her dressed for the ball in her beautiful Cinderella dress.

She was so cute twirling around and around.

Her two favorite things, being a princess and playing with her bunny.

Here she is looking in her purse for her "gold coins."

This is soooo much fun !!!

A Spring day at the park

Remember how sunny it was last week ? It was in the 70's. Now a few days later we have snow on the ground! Here are a few pics from last week when we went to he park with my sister and nephew. We all had so much fun.Tate went right to the playground while Hailey was playing in the sand.

This park had a really neat rock wall to climb on. Hailey has always been fearless when it comes to climbing.





We took a lunch break and boy were the kids hungry from all the playing!




They went right back to playing in the sun.





I love this one of Hailey. She was shouting "Hello down there!"






There was a pretty waterfall nearby that the kids wanted to check out. I'm sure if we would have let them they would've jumped right in the water.What a great way to spend a nice Spring day!

Museum of Natural History

Tate's preschool class went on a great field trip to The Museum of Natural History. The kids had a great time and learned a few things as well! Here they are in a house made of sticks. They ran around the house forever chasing each other.
The kids got to look though 3D glasses to see some mountains that looked so close they thought they could touch them.

Hailey had to take a turn too!


Here is Tate with his buddy Conner. They liked going "inside" the fish tank. That brown thing to the right is a huge frog.



Here are Tate, Hailey, and Austin checking out the frog exhibit. There were all kinds of live frogs to look at , some even got to touch one.




Hailey found her frog prince!





The kids got a kick out of the frogs and witches. Hailey was just barely tall enough to poke her face out.

They learned about Indian history and totem poles.

They worked on some puzzles.

Tate is standing next to a giant dinosaur bone.

Here they are digging for fossils.

I think I found something!

Hailey is inside a huge dinosaur footprint.

What a fun day! Better run before the dinosaurs eat us.

Hailey's Third Birthday !!!

The night before Hailey's birthday we made some cupcakes.

Tate and Hailey love to help with just about anything!

These cupcakes were especially fun for Hailey because they had butterflies on them.She loves butterflies and even had them on her pajamas that night. Hailey called the cupcakes her "utherfly puptates" Sooooo cute!

The next morning she was so excited to get her new princess bike!

Watch out world here I come !

Here is little Hailey in her new outfit from Grandma and Grandpa Rawlings. It is so darling with ladybugs on it. I even painted her toenails bright pink to match.

She loves her new Tinkerbell doll from Tate.

Hailey is talking on the phone with all the people that love her wishing her a very Happy Birthday. With every call she said " Hello, this is me"

Great Grandma Pantuso made Hailey her very own apron so she can help make fun things in the kitchen.

She had a great time opening all her gifts.
